Learn to be happy doing everything you do“We choose our emotions so being angry is a choice some people make;” now I don’t know about you but I always feel good when I’m happy so I choose to focus on things that make me happy. My latest thought is; imagine if everybody in the world was happy doing everything they do. They are happy doing their chores, happy going to work, happy with how much money they have, happy looking after their families, happy interacting with the people in their life. When you think about it, it’s not that far-fetched, I don’t know what they’re really thinking so I can pretend they’re happy.

I’m going to make a big assumption that most people prefer to be happy too, however, I’ve noticed that some people spend a lot of their time getting angry over things they cannot control so I’m assuming they are happy being angry because this…

Inward Joy, Outward Expression

Happiness, Joy

eph21920's avatarStill Finding God

My sister came to Mass with us today. The parish was welcoming those who are coming into the church. The group consisted of people from young children to older adults. They were very serious as they recited their words. I’m sure they were nervous being up in front of everyone. As they processed out together, most of them still had on their serious face. However, one man was just beaming. My sister pointed him out and said how she loved his smile. He was in fact smiling from ear to ear. He was so joyful inside that it radiate in his expression. It made us smile probably others as well.

I Found God today in a beautiful expression of joy.

Have you ever had an anxiety attack? I have. It’s not a pretty sight. At all! If not, well let me try and explain it to you in the best way I can. Have you ever felt like your head is screaming for you to do something but you can’t physically move? You feel sick with worry, your hearts pounding at a thousand miles an hour and your sweating balls. Breathing? What’s that… you can’t catch your breath back at all. It’s like running at the speed of light and trying to recover afterwards. In that split moment, with all that going on. You genuinely feel like your about to die.

That for me is my explanation of what I feel when I have a panic/anxiety attack. It’s nasty and it takes alot out of you. I’ve had times when I can’t even see people. I LOVE going to the…
